Kelsey has an impressive track record in public relations, specializing in real estate, destination and economic development clients. Since joining LHG in 2018, she has played a key role in expanding the agency’s client base across a range of industries. She is responsible for executing strategic PR and thought leadership campaigns for a variety of clients, helping to elevate their profiles, manage reputations and drive impactful media coverage.

Kelsey has also helped developers and communities facing public opposition, working to shape narratives, educate the public and combat misperceptions. She is skilled in crisis communications, particularly in navigating litigation-related crises with strategic messaging and media management. Prior to LHG, Kelsey worked with a South Florida PR agency, focusing on luxury real estate and legal marketing. She has also served on several boards, including the Public Relations Society of America’s Greater Fort Lauderdale Chapter and the University of Florida’s alumni association in Broward County.

Kelsey served as a judge for PRSA’s National Bronze Anvil Awards. A proud Florida Gator, Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism. She lives in Charleston with her husband and two children.
