With a background in communications and public relations, Halley has been instrumental in developing and executing strategic PR campaigns for destinations, hospitality brands, cruise lines, and retail clients since joining LHG in 2017. She specializes in media relations, brand storytelling, and positioning, helping clients secure impactful press coverage and industry recognition. Her ability to craft compelling narratives and foster strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry leaders has contributed to the success of numerous campaigns.
Halley’s expertise extends beyond traditional media outreach to include event planning and paid content campaigns to support organic media efforts. She has played a key role in launching new products, driving awareness for travel destinations, and amplifying the stories of established brands through earned and paid media strategies.
Before transitioning to PR, Halley built a strong foundation in the hospitality industry. A Clemson University graduate, she later attended the Culinary Institute of Charleston before working as a chef, teaching cooking classes, and helping launch a popular Charleston restaurant. She has traveled extensively and spent time living in Germany. Now based in Charleston with her husband and two daughters, she puts her culinary skills to the test with her toughest critics—her kids.
