Elsbeth Pratt, Vice President, Charleston

Elsbeth Pratt joined Lou Hammond Group in June of 2016. With 12+ years of sales and marketing experience, and a focus in residential real estate and development, she brings specialized expertise to the team. Elsbeth is responsible for daily communications between the client and mainstream media; crafting strategic marketing plans and executing public relations campaigns and events to reach key audiences.

Originally from Boston, Elsbeth Pratt has 9+ years’ experience with The Collaborative Companies, a boutique residential sales and marketing firm, coordinating and executing sales & marketing projects for residential developers from initial conception to project completion.  Focused in New England, projects ranged from pre-development design and feasibility analysis to organizing and implementing marketing campaigns and sales management.  

Elsbeth Pratt then moved to San Diego, California in 2012 where she continued her career with Roni Hicks & Associates, a creative and marketing agency specializing in master-planned communities throughout the country.  Ms. Pratt’s role involved branding, strategic planning, public affairs/social media, and media planning/placement for new home developments & master planned communities in the Pacific Northwest.

From there, she moved to Sixteenfifty Creative Intelligence where she was the lead executive in the strategic planning and execution of marketing programs for six casinos (CA, IL, NY, NJ, Vancouver), two restaurants (CA) and a commercial real estate firm (CA). Responsibilities included market research and campaign creation, brand and identity development, media budget creation and buying, copywriting, event management, and review and reporting of web analytics.

Elsbeth Pratt graduated from Bowdoin College in 2004 where she studied Art History and Women Studies.
