With nearly 15 years of public relations experience, Michelle’s client experience is vast and includes global hospitality brands – including AccorHotels, Lungarno Collection and Loews Hotels – destinations, boutique hotels, wellness resorts and celebrity chefs.

Michelle has been fully immersed in a multitude of hospitality clients, generating results for everything from the five-star Dolder Grand in Switzerland and Eden Roc at Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic, to launching The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark in the Catskills (NY), and led the overall grand opening strategy for the $1.5B Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood (FL).

With her finger on the pulse of media and travel trends, Michelle identified unique concierges as a rising trend. Successfully developing a Beer Concierge personality that provided hotel guests with personalized and educational tours of the Burlington, Ver., craft beer scene, the initiative resulted in national exposure within The New York Times, USA Today, Esquire, enRoute and more, as well as generated more than $30,000 in revenue within the first six months of launching.

As part of the Guitar Hotel opening, Michelle executed a national broadcast blitz securing interviews for the Hard Rock International CEO with Bloomberg, FOX News, Cheddar TV, Yahoo! Finance, and more. Following the blitz, she choreographed a red carpet event team to handle more than 50+ celebrities and 40+ media outlets.

Attending industry conferences including ALIS, ILTM Cannes and SKIFT, Michelle was instrumental in executive media training, coordinating on-site interviews with top trade outlets, and securing participation on key panels to position C-Suite clients as thought leaders.

From executing in-market media missions and meticulously identifying new media contacts, outlets and opportunities, Michelle is ultimately responsible for spearheading editorial tactics and driving massive media relations success.
