St. Barts 5th Annual Gourmet Festival, St. Barts, November 1 – 4, 2018

This annual international food festival celebrates the exceptional cuisine and the long-standing tradition of culinary excellence on the Island. The four-day event includes leading hotels hosting acclaimed visiting French chefs who prepare special menus with wine pairings, in addition to mixology and pastry competitions. This year’s chefs and events will stand apart from years past as the Island continues to celebrate its return after the 2017 hurricanes.

 

Breeders Cup, Louisville, KY,  November 2 & 3, 2018

Known as the richest two days in sports, with $30 million paid out over the entire weekend, the 2018 Breeders’ Cup World Championships will return to the iconic Churchill Downs track in Louisville, KY. Churchill Downs last hosted the Breeders’ Cup World Championships in 2011. The return to Louisville reflects the Breeders’ Cup commitment to bring the event to the country’s best racetracks and to combine the sport’s best racing with best-in-class dining, hospitality and entertainment.

 

International Literary Festival, Charleston, SC, November 8 – 11, 2018

Enjoy Charleston’s renowned southern hospitality during the second annual Charleston to Charleston Literary Festival. This international Literary Festival will feature more than a dozen lectures and Q&As with some of the most exciting figures in literature today. Speakers include Charles Spencer, brother to Princess Diana; Tina Brown, legendary editor in chief of Vanity Fair; Margo Jefferson, author of Negroland, amongst other literary notables.

 

10th Anniversary – Restaurant Week, New Haven, CT, November 4 – 9, 2018
